Incorrect addresses or missing information may result in delayed orders or additional shipping fees.

Processing times vary per product and are listed on each item’s page.
Ready-to-ship items ship in 48–72 business hours.
Custom items require extended processing times.

Once shipped, we are not responsible for:

delayed deliveries from carriers
lost or stolen packages
incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Because all products are custom-made and approved before production, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.
