At Touch the Throne Customs, we take pride in delivering high-quality products made with care. Because we offer both ready-to-ship items and fully customized creations, processing and shipping times will vary based on the type of product you order.

Order Processing Times

All orders are shipped after order processing is complete.

Ready-to-Ship Items

Products that are already in stock will typically ship within:
✔ 48–72 business hours

Business hours do not include weekends or holidays.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Items that require:

custom design work
personalization
fabric or material sourcing
full product creation

…will need extended processing times.

Each custom item’s processing timeframe is listed on its individual product page.

Your order will ship once production is finished.

📬 Shipping Times

Shipping time is separate from processing time.
Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier you choose at checkout.

Please note:

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, or any carrier.
Once an order is shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

🚫 Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order.
Touch the Throne Customs is not responsible for:

packages sent to incorrectly entered addresses
reshipment fees if the package is returned to us

📦 Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows a package as delivered, we are unable to replace or refund it.
Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim for missing packages.
